Discover New York with Dora the Explorer

Hello, welcome! Are you ready for an adventure in New York City? Then let Dora be your guide and take you to discover the best family activities and the most exciting things to do and see throughout the city. Let's go!

Family tourism is one of the assets (sometimes wasted) of any destination. But a city like New York could not overlook this type of tourism, as it receives more than 17 million family tourist visits per year. With the aim of promoting the trip of families to the city, New York has a new ambassador: Dora the Explorer.

The protagonist of the cartoon series that so many children know has a great advantage: it can receive families in its two versions: with the Spanish language or with English as the first language ("dotted" with the other language for beginners).

Thus, both the American national public, as well as Anglo-Saxon in general, and Spanish speakers from around the world (or at least from those countries where "Dora the Explorer" is broadcast) will be familiar with the little girl and her friends, one more incentive to enjoy the city of skyscrapers.

From its website, it receives us encouraging families to visit the five districts of the city, and for the first time the family program of NYC & Company will include information in English and Spanish. Since the launch of this "Family Ambassador" program (Dora is not the first), this type of tourism has increased by 30.3%.

Zoos and aquariums, games and parks, attractions, museums, beaches ... are some of the attractions that we can enjoy New York as a family with Dora the Explorer. For me it is a journey that is being delayed too much. The idea was to do it without girls because of the great distance (and the prices no less bulky), but it will be a matter of time to know if in the end they add to the adventure or not. You have had the opportunity to go to New York as a family?
