Today I want to introduce you Mesa fare effective since June last year: it is intended for family and group trips on AVE or long-distance trains. This rate consists of the commercialization of the four squares facing two to two together, with a 60% discount on the general rate. The offer is also available for three travelers, in which case the price reduction per person is 33%. It can be sold on any train route that has four seats facing each other, with or without a table.
The number of travelers is independent of the joint marketing of places, since all of them are associated with the same locator. So one or two customers can also travel alone in 'table' seats if they wish.

I have not found the information on whether the offer is valid for all types of long-distance trains. And on the other hand I think the promotion would be suitable for families as long as they are not numerous, because in that case they would occupy more than four seats.
