Readings to grow, an interesting selection of children's books

The International Center for Children and Youth Books of the Germán Sánchez Ruipérez Foundation of Salamanca has created the space "Readings to grow. First concepts to discover the world", where he selects books for the little ones, offering varied ideas for parents interested in having their children love books.

But it is not just books, because this selection contains a varied sample of music, movies, applications and web pages on topics related to basic concepts of the first children's learning.

It is organized into seven sections (the matriuskas), which correspond to the most significant age groups from the point of view of the acquisition of skills and concepts, from birth to six years. In addition to the bibliographic review and identification credits of each material, a brief review is provided that guides its contents.

Many of the recommended titles can be used for various ages and grow with the little reader, renewing concepts, feelings and learning with a more mature interpretation, enriching the child in its different stages.

This is a good idea. Readings to grow, although I find something confusing the way to present the resources of each age, because it is difficult to differentiate books from applications or websites.

Once we click on each resource, we find more detailed information about the book, and in the case of applications, the link to the AppStore or GooglePlay appears so that the user can download them. Educational websites also appear with their corresponding link.

I would have liked to find some of the books on-line, but in principle only the references of the titles appear.

In any case, a collection of books and websites interesting for children, such as Readings to grow. We hope you expand the catalog to have more and more information, and we continue to offer our ideas in the section of Childrens Readings.
